Faculty Handbook

This Information is intended to be a guide to University policies and procedures and to provide other information useful to academic employees. Information considered to be University policy is identified. Local University policy is subject to change through normal University policy-making procedures. Academic and academic personnel policies are required to be consistent with the Collective Bargaining Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) approved by the California State University (CSU) system and the California Faculty Association (CFA). For information, please refer to the contract titled "Agreement Between The Board of Trustees of the California State University and the California Faculty Association, Unit 3 - Faculty tentative agreement extended from June 30, 2017 – June 30, 2018. All academic employees are expected to adhere to University policies and procedures. Any errors, corrections, or omissions which would significantly hinder the functioning of the General Faculty should be reported as soon as possible to the Office of the Academic Senate.
