Event Details

The UndocuAlly Training is an educational intervention designed to increase awareness, competency, and self-efficacy for staff, faculty, graduate students, and community members at California State University, Stanislaus. The UndocuAlly Training provided recommendations on how to properly practice allyship through knowledge, awareness, and advocacy.

Please join us for an overview of:

  • History, recent laws and policies affecting undocumented youth and their families.
  • Lived experiences of undocumented students and their families as they pursue a higher education and in the community at large.
  • What it means to be an undocu-ally and how to better support students and their families.
  • Promoting best practices while working with undocumented & first generation students and their families.
