11 years ago, The College of Business Administration’s Dean, Dr. Linda Nowak, wanted to start a forum that was for women. Being the only female in a male-dominated position, she wanted an outlet for women to gather together and tell their stories in hopes to inspire. The college hosts its annual Women’s Leadership Forum in March, which is National Women’s Month. This event is an opportunity for students to see other successful women as role models. This year Dean, Gomez-Arias invites students, faculty, staff, and many community members to help give students that opportunity to interact with one another. Every year the college selects inspiring women leaders in the community to join our panel.
