Event Details

This program is part of the Educational Teach-in in support of the Black Lives Matter movement and #ScholarStrike. The intent of this program is to provide a sociological lens to the understanding of persistent systemic racism and anti-Blackness in our society as well as give space for discussion on these topics among sociology students and other members of the campus community.

Note: The Sociology program does not currently have any Black staff or faculty. This event will be lead by the program's non-Black faculty of color. All are invited to attend and participate.
