Event Details

We all experience anxiety in our lives, sometimes to the point of feeling totally overwhelmed.

This presentation will focus on defining anxiety and common symptoms. Information will be provided on developing a positive mindset, balancing life’s demands, assertiveness and relationship skills, effective self-care and relaxation techniques.
