This online workout will consist of us running via-zoom through Turlock! We will run with some light jogs and then some small intervals to get our heart rates up! Enjoy the views on my workout while running, and let's see everyone else's!
Campus Recreation Activities Waiver for Spring 2021
It is mandatory that all participants (students, faculty/staff, alumni) read, agree to and sign an updated Release of Liability waiver before participating in any activity. This waiver will be valid for all virtual activities held by Campus Recreation through the completion of the spring 2021 sessions.
