What it is used for

Floor marker signs are designed to use in areas where you would like to indicate an individual to stand when engaging with another individual (e.g., reception desks, help desks, etc.) or where lines form. This is not meant for main hallways within buildings.

Example of Table Tent for Areas with Barriers

How to Order

What it is used for

Table Tents are designed for use in areas that have barriers. They are to remind individuals to stand behind the barrier and not to the side of the barrier. This along with a floor marker is a great way to remind others that physical distancing is still a good practice.

What it is used for

Break room signs are designed for areas where employees will eat or drink during breaks (e.g., office/suite break rooms that have sinks, refrigerators, microwaves, etc.). This is a Cal/OSHA regulation.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • CDC, CDPH, and Cal/OSHA have eliminated physical distancing/barriers as preventative safety measures against COVID-19. Sneeze guards will need to be approved for unique circumstances. Stanislaus State, Safety and Risk Management will assess your need and notify you if request is approved.
  • At this time, due to limited quantities and delivery delays, departments are limited to one barrier per desk.

  • Very limited
  • Enter in the comments section where the barriers will be located. This will allow us to assess if your request meets criteria.

What it is used for

Height Adjustable Barriers are for those desk top areas where items may need a pass through because the reception window is too small and there is no other way to pass materials through (such as an inbox).

Barrier Criteria

  • Will placement of the barrier be safe? For example, barrier will not present a poking hazard, impact flow of traffic or egress spaces?
  • Is social distancing possible in this area without the barrier (6 feet)?
