Where do I send final transcripts?

Due to limited campus operations, we are unable to accept in-person drop-offs of transcripts. Please send your transcripts electronically from your college to or by mail to the address below:

If you are not able to complete this task due to COVID-19, please reach out to us at Please note, your admission will not be affected by not completing this deadline, however, your registration in future terms may be affected, as your transfer coursework will not be reflected in our records.

To view which documents are due, log in to your student center and look under your "To Do" list, click “More” and select “Final Transcript” on the next screen to view the name of the institution.

Financial Aid & Scholarship Office

The Financial Aid & Scholarship Office is operating remotely. Students can submit documents to the Financial Aid office by fax (209) 664-7064, via mail, or drop them off in one of the drop boxes located in the MSR building lobby. Payments to Cashiers can be dropped off in the drop box as well.



How can I speak to a financial aid advisor?

The Financial Aid & Scholarship Office is offering virtual appointments with financial aid advisors. Request a meeting.

Housing & Residential Life

Housing remains open. The housing office will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. until further notice. We encourage all residents and visitors to please email the office with any questions they might have instead of physically visiting the Front Desk, in support of social distancing practices. View Student Housing FAQs

New Student Orientation

Currently, New Student Orientation remains on schedule. We will keep incoming students updated with any changes made to the New Student Orientation format and schedule.

When can I register for classes?

New students will register for classes during New Student Orientation.

Fall 2020 Update

May 13, 2020 – We now have guidance from the CSU Chancellor’s Office and the Board of Trustees with Chancellor Tim White’s announcement on May 12, 2020, that the CSU will offer “courses primarily being delivered virtually for the fall 2020 term.”

Tuition & Fee Refund Information

Tuition Fees and Campus Mandatory Fees are charged to all students and must be paid to enroll in or attend the University, no fee or part of fee is optional. Campus Mandatory Fees, such as the Student Recreation Complex, Associated Students, University Student Center/Union, Instructionally Related Activity, Athletics, Health Facility, Health Services and Tuition fees are refundable in accordance with the California Code of Regulations Title 5, article 3, section 41802.
