We are proud to be part of a Warrior community that is steadfast in our dedication to supporting one another.
With so many changes happening so quickly, here are some quick links to the latest COVID-19 communications. New information is coming out frequently, please be sure to check your email often and visit our COVID-19 Updates & FAQs for the most up-to-date information.
California Stay-at-Home Order
The Governor’s Stay-at-Home order does NOT change the business operations for Stanislaus State already in place. Essential employees already identified to report to the office to perform their regular duties (e.g. facilities, public safety, etc.) will continue to report to the office. Other designated employees should continue to work remotely.
Housing & Residential Life
Housing & Residential Life remains open. Residents have been encouraged to return home, if it is safe and practical to do so.
Open Buildings & Computer Labs
Naraghi Hall, Science 1, and Library Annex 10 are open to allow access to computer labs and restrooms. MSR and the Student Health Center — students should call ahead at (209) 667-3396 — are also open. The Student Services Building will only be open when the Warrior Food Pantry is distributing food.
University Police Department
While the UPD lobby is closed, officers will remain on duty 24/7/365. Blue Light phones will continue to be answered along with 911. A dispatcher can be reached for non-emergency calls at 667-3911. Requests for parking refunds will only be taken by mail.
Virtual Instruction
Beginning April 2 through the end of the Spring 2020 semester all classes will be delivered online or via remote alternative.
Internet Access
Outdoor WIFI can be found in the DBH courtyard, Art/Music quad and in front of the Fitzpatrick Arena.
Commencement
Commencement will be postponed; however, we are fully committed to hosting all commencement ceremonies at a later time that is deemed safe. Additional information about commencement dates will be shared as soon as possible.
Paycheck Distribution
Paycheck distribution will be conducted on March 30, 2020. More information about the location and hours will be forthcoming as we continue to implement plans for appropriate social distancing.
Staff Picnic & Professional Development Day
The staff picnic and professional development days are postponed until further notice.
