We look forward to it, plan for it and have certain expectations of our years in higher education.

Then when we get there we feel stressed, overwhelmed and, at times, lost and confused.

This workshop is designed to have an friendly discussion about this topic, to help participants understand their feelings are very normal and more prevalent than they know. Ways to cope, minimize and overcome these feelings will be shared by presenter and hopefully by the participants. This is not meant to be a therapy session just a light hearted, fun look at some of the most amazing and formative years of our lives and how to survive them with our mental health intact. Please join us as we share our “college experiences”.
