How do I apply for Graduation?

About Honors Designations

How do I receive my academic honor cord(s)?
Students do not need to purchase their cords this year.
Understanding the importance of cords and the inability to purchase them at the bookstore, the University is providing cords to graduates. Cords will be mailed to the diploma mailing address the graduate listed on their application to graduate. Cords will be mailed near April 29.
I'm not currently eligible to graduate with honors, however, I believe that I will be eligible after my Spring 2020 grades are posted. How will I get my honor cord?
The university's Registrar Office will provide a list of students to the Student Affairs Office after Spring 2020 grades have posted. Cords will be mailed out to students who are now eligible. Please call our Commencement phone line at (209) 667-3598 if you have questions about the cords.
