I have been teaching at Stan State in the Biology Department and involved in the Ecology and Sustainability Masters Program since 2008. I was also on the Interdisciplinary Studies program committee for several years, and served as the Interdisciplinary Studies Interim Faculty Direcctor in 2016. I really enjoy working in graduate education, and am committed to expanding opportunities and success for our Stan State graduate students. Dr. Matthew Moberly
CEGE Graduate Writing Support Coach
As a faculty member in the Department of English, Dr. Moberly regularly teaches undergraduate courses in professional writing and graduate seminars in writing pedagogy. He has an extensive background in supporting student writers and enjoys helping students navigate the challenges of academic writing.
Dr. Sriram Chintakrindi
CEGE Writing Residency Coach
Dr. Sriram Chintakrindi is a criminologist and faculty member in the Department of Criminal Justice at Stanislaus State. His research interests include examining public health and crime data. Dr. Chintakrindi is currently a writing coach in the Graduate Writing Residency Program at CEGE. Dr. Chintakrindi offers students a review of the basic writing and research skills necessary to complete a thesis, project, comprehensive exam, or dissertation. His pedagogical approach emphasizes a collaborative and user-friendly environment in which students can share their progress, develop timelines and study schedules, seek feedback, and participate in discussion related to successfully completing the capstone requirments of a graduate education.
CEGE Support Assistant
Ashley Reves received her M.A. in History from Stanislaus State in 2016, as well as her B.A. in History with an emphasis in Latin American Studies in 2014. She currently works as the Administrative Support Assistant for CEGE, and administers the Student Engagement in Research, Scholarship, and Creative Activity (SERSCA) program for undergraduate and graduate students at Stan State.
