Doctoral Application Residency Program
The purpose of the Doctoral Application Residency Program (DARP) is to help students through the process of applying for a doctoral (Ph.D., Ed.D) graduate program over the course of the Fall 2017 semester. This program is open to both current graduate students and undergraduate students who hope to begin a doctoral program in Fall 2018. Students will work with a faculty coach and each other to identify programs and advisors, write a personal statement, and complete their applications. Together, the group will set deadlines, encourage each other to make progress, and review drafts of personal statements and other application materials. Students must commit to attending each meeting and working towards submitting their applications by the end of the Fall 2017 semester.
Fall 2017 Meetings: Fridays 2:00-3:30pm on 9/22, 10/6, 10/27, and 11/17
Applications can be submitted through InfoReady.
Applications are due on Friday, September 15, 2017 at noon.
