Special Events

Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) and the University Student Center both fund different special events and programs offered throughout the academic year. The goal is to bring large scale events and event series to the student body of Stanislaus State University. Every year, the entire campus community looks forward to these traditional events and all the excitement that comes with them.

Special Events

StanWeek

StanWeek

StanWeek is a week long series of events intended to commemorate the founding of Stanislaus State University. Through the promotion of campus pride events, alumni collaboration, and the honoring of our history, we are able to put together a memorable start of the year hoorah for the entire campus community.

Homecoming

Homecoming

Homecoming is the kick off of Warrior Pride for the spring semester! With a week-long series of school spirit activities for the entire campus community to enjoy, it’s one of the most exciting times of the year leading up to the Basketball homecoming games at the end of the week.

Warrior Day

Warrior Day Festival

Warrior Day Festival is Stan State's annual end of the year celebration where students take a break from the pressures of studying and finals to celebrate a year’s worth of hard work with friends and peers!

In the Virtual Setting

In an effort to comply with social distancing CDC recommendations regarding Covid-19, the in-person programs above have been paused for the time being to ensure the well-being of our campus community.

Programming and student life, however, does not come to a halt. Associated Students, Inc. and the University Student Center are still committed to providing new and exciting quality programs during a virtual setting.

We have worked and will continue to work to put together virtual programs related to StanWeek, Finals Week, Homecoming, Mental Health Awareness Week, Welcome Week, and Warrior Day Festival.

Please stay tuned on the ASI & SC social media for updates on upcoming special virtual events!
