Feeling stress, pain, and muscle tension? Stop by and take advantage of one of the massage chairs we have available for use inside the Student Center.
Self Check-In Board | Student Center
How long has it been since you have done a self-check in? Stop by the Self Check In board to express positive or negative thoughts that come to mind.
Self-Compassion Workshop
10:30am-11:30am | SC Leadership Conference Room
Self-compassion involves treating ourselves kindly, like we would a good friend we care about. You will learn ways to stop being so hard on yourself and gain practical skills to help bring self-compassion into your daily life. This workshop hosted by Psychological Counseling Services will be experiential and full of discussion so be prepared to participate!

Stomp out the Stigma | 5pm | SC Warrior Steps
Join the ASI Board of Directors in welcoming a keynote speaker to talk about mental health & suicide prevention. In this event, our guest speaker will help provide an educational session regarding mental health tips.

Destress Fest | 10am-1pm | Quad
We all know what it’s like to feel stress- being under pressure is a normal part of life. Becoming overwhelmed by stress can lead to mental health problems. Take a moment to think about your wellbeing and participate in activities such as, adult coloring, art therapy, meditating, and more!
QPR Training | 2:00pm-3:30pm | Zoom
Join us in a QPR (Question, Persuade, and Refer) Training lead by Health and Wellness. This training focuses on how to have a conversation with a friend or family member you are concerned about, and you think may be suicidal. This training is 1.5 hours long and also comes with a certificate.
Thursday, March 17th
Start Your Day with SC - Yoga | 9am | SC Warrior Lawn
Wake up and start your day with a fun and relaxing yoga session at the Warrior Lawn. Join us to learn more about yoga and how to get in touch with your mind and your body at the same time!
QPR Training | 1:00pm-2:30pm | SC Leadership Conference Room
