ASI/USU Executive Director
Under the direction of the Board of Directors for the Associated Students Inc. (ASI) and University Student Union (USU) student governments entities. The Executive Director is responsible for providing administrative, operational, fiscal, supervisory and programmatic leadership for ASI and USU. Responsible for developing and implementing student leadership opportunities for the organizations which supports the intellectual, social, ethical and leadership development for student leaders and to oversee the daily operations and administration of the ASI and USU facility, programs, and services.
USU Human Resource Specialist
The Human Resource Specialist is responsible for planning, directing and maintaining all human resources functions on a daily basis for the Associated Students, Inc./University Student Union to include administration of benefits and compensation programs, payroll and personnel records, leave usage, staff recruitment, orientation and training, risk management, employee relations, and compliance reporting.
Interim ASI Marketing Services Coordinator
The Interim ASI Marketing Services Coordinator takes the lead in developing, implementing, and coordinating the marketing & sales strategies and activities for both the Associated Students Inc. (ASI) and the University Student Union (USU). Produces promotional material for both ASI & USU as well as for external departments; oversees Warrior Merchandise and is responsible for updates to the website & all social media sites.
USU Administrative Support Coordinator
The USU Administrative Support Coordinator's responsibilities include: processing and managing all financial and accounting records for the ASI and USU; processing payroll for ASI and USU; cash receipt posting, disbursement of funds, and maintaining subsidiary ledgers; makes all ASI and USU travel arrangements; monthly reconciliation of ASI and USU credit card statements, as well as serving as Custodian of Records and Travel Custodian for both organizations.
Interim ASI Leadership & Student Government Manager
The Interim ASI Leadership & Student Government Manager provides opportunities for students, faculty, staff, alumni and the community to participate in a variety of activities, events and services. This position is responsible for planning and coordinating leadership trainings, Warriors Giving Back- community service events, ASI Elections and assists with Student Government events. Additionally, this position is the coordinator the Warrior Food Pantry, Turlock Transit and other City of Turlock partnerships.
ASI Programs Advisor
The ASI Programs Advisor is responsible for the development, implementation, administration and support of ASI and USU Programming and supervision of Code Red Entertainment (CRE) events. This position works with and advises a diverse group of student assistants and Code Red Entertainment members in coordinating fun events like movie nights, quad events, homecoming, prides events, concerts and even weekend trips! This programming team strives to develop entertaining events and programs throughout the year!
ASI Graphic Designer
The ASI Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and managing the overall image and brand of ASI and USU. Creating marketing elements to advertise over web, social media and print materials to increase participation and positive awareness of events, programs and services. This position is also responsible for implementing and maintaining the organization’s technology infrastructure by coordinating technology-related matters, evaluating new technologies to be used as enhancements or upgrades of existing software or hardware and deal with vendors for the purchase of such. This position hires, trains and supervises the student staff responsible for the ASI & USU website, mobile app, IT, and creative services.
