The Weekend Warrior Program invites Stan State students to attend off campus events such as concerts, baseball games, trips to amusement parks, and so much more! Students only pay half of the total cost and transportation is provided to and from the event. Take a break from studying and enjoy a night out with friends!
Previous trips have included: A Drake concert, Monterrey Bay Aquarium, Ghirardelli Chocolate Festival, Golden State Warriors game, Great America’s Halloween Haunt, Imagine Dragons concert, and many more!
All sign-ups take place at the ASI & USU Front Desk in Housing Suite 122 beginning at 8:00 am on the designated sign-up date. Only cash or check is accepted. Students may ONLY sign themselves up and all sign-ups are on a first-come, first serve basis! Trips tend to fill up quickly so we encourage you to sign up early. If a trip gets filled, you may put your name on the waitlist free of charge.
Students are able to obtain a refund no later than two days after their initial sign-up date, no questions asked. After the refund date, no refund will be provided. The Weekend Warrior Program reserves the right to cancel or modify any trip due to unforeseen weather conditions, insufficient enrollment, or any other conditions deemed necessary by the Weekend Warrior Coordinator. If a trip is cancelled full refunds will be issued.
All trips depart from Lot 8 in front of the Fitzpatrick Arena on campus. Students are required to present a valid photo ID before boarding the bus. Time of departure varies depending on event. All details are included in the itinerary provided at the time of initial payment.
