The University Student Union (USU), equipment is reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
All equipment must be reserved no later than 10 days prior top event.
Through 25Live & Chartered Student Organizations can request this Quad equipment.
- The University Union will be closed starting Spring 2018 for the construction of the University Student Center. During this time, the University Student Union will continue to provide Quad equipment to continue to meet the needs of students clubs & organizations. To request tables, chairs and awnings, please submit a 25Live Event Request and select your resources.
- Please note that the following changes will take into effect starting January 25, 2018.
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays - equipment set-up & take-down - set-up by USU staff
- Mondays & Fridays - equipment set-up & take-down - set-up by requestor. 1 table, 2 chairs.
Quad equipment provided by the University Student Union will be set up by 10:00am in the designated Quad space, and will be taken down by 1:00pm Tuesday through Thursday only.
For any Quad equipment requested for Mondays or Fridays, members of your student club or organization will need to pick-up, set-up, & drop-off the equipment to Housing Suite 122.
