ASI/USU Executive Director
Under the direction of the Board of Directors for the Associated Students Inc. (ASI) and University Student Union (USU) student governments entities. The Executive Director is responsible for providing administrative, operational, fiscal, supervisory and programmatic leadership for ASI and USU. Responsible for developing and implementing student leadership opportunities for the organizations which supports the intellectual, social, ethical and leadership development for student leaders and to oversee the daily operations and administration of the ASI and USU facility, programs, and services.
USU HR Specialist
The HR Specialist is responsible for planning, directing and maintaining all human resources functions on a daily basis for the Associated Students, Inc./University Student Union to include administration of benefits and compensation programs, payroll and personnel records, leave usage, staff recruitment, orientation and training, risk management, employee relations, and compliance reporting.
USU Administrative Support Coordinator
The USU Administrative Support Coordinator's responsibilities include: processing and managing all financial and accounting records for the ASI and USU; processing payroll for ASI and USU; cash receipt posting, disbursement of funds, and maintaining subsidiary ledgers; makes all ASI and USU travel arrangements; monthly reconciliation of ASI and USU credit card statements, as well as serving as Custodian of Records and Travel Custodian for both organizations.
ASI Marketing Services Coordinator
The ASI Marketing Services Coordinator performs a variety of marketing and public relations duties and projects. Coordinates and develops promotional materials and marketing strategies for the Associated Students, Inc. and the University Student Union. Assists clubs, organizations and departments with graphic design requests, apparel designs and other orders. Responsible for updates to the website, Facebook and other social media sites. The position is also responsible for the Warrior Merchandise Retail sales.
Interim Programs Advisor
The ASI Programs Advisor is responsible for working with and advising a diverse group of student assistants and Code Red Entertainment members in coordinating cultural, educational, political and social programs to the campus community.
USU Reservations Coordinator
The Reservation Coordinator is responsible for the scheduling and event planning for individuals and groups interested in reserving the Quad and University Student Union facilities. The Facility/Reservation Coordinator is also responsible for equipment rental requests which include but are not limited to, AV equipment, stages, tables and chairs.
ASI Graphic Designer
The ASI/USU Lead Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and managing the overall visual appearance and branding of ASI and USU advertisement and print materials. Has oversight of the marketing team responsible for the marketing to increase participation and positive awareness of programs and services offered by the ASI and USU; as well as various marketing services offered to the campus community.
ASI Administrative Support Coordinator
The Administrative Support Assistant performs a variety of clerical, secretarial, and general support work for Associated Students, Inc. and the University Student Union. On a daily basis the Administrative Support Assistant processes requisition forms for ASI and USU and provides direct supervision over the ASI Clerical Student Assistants. The reconciliation of ASI and USU general ledgers, and gathering of materials for ASI internal and external audits is completed by the Administrative Support Assistant. This position also coordinates ASI and USU events such as Warriors Giving Back and ASI Elections. As well as keeps detailed records of ASI and USU inventory that includes state property, electronics, and office supplies. Administrative support is also provided to the Executive Director and ASI and USU Executives.
ASI Leadership Coordinator
The ASI Leadership Coordinator is responsible for providing students within the organization and campus-wide with opportunities to develop both leadership and professional skills. The Leadership Education and Professional Skills (LEaPS) workshops are a newly designed series to address this area. Community Service is also a focus with three annual Warriors Giving Back Campaigns and the recently revived Alternative Spring Break trip. Finally, this position coordinates ongoing organizational assessments to ensure that the purpose of the organization is being fulfilled to best meet the needs of our campus community.
