One Purpose Raises $516,000 for CSU Stanislaus Students

The inaugural One Purpose fund drive concluded Oct. 9 with more than 170 volunteers reporting pledges of more than $516,000. The updated total now stands at more than $540,000, which will be awarded as scholarships in Fall 2015 to CSU Stanislaus students who show academic excellence.
University Works to Combat Sexual Violence

CSU Stanislaus could soon become the first college in Northern California to hire a new position aimed specifically at reducing sexual violence on campus. Meanwhile, nearly 70 student volunteers in the Warrior Watch bystander intervention program have been patrolling the campus in an effort to keep people safe.
