Who We Are

The Student California Teachers Association (SCTA) is a statewide organization that provides professional development, networking, and community outreach opportunities to college students who are on the road to becoming TK-12 educators.
 

Our Goal

SCTA's goal is to inspire and foster exemplary future teachers in education by providing opportunities to develop professionally.
 

SCTA Member Benefits

SCTA Member Requirements

  • Interest in careers in K-12 education (future teacher)
  • 2.0 cumulative GPA
  • 2 approved volunteer activities per semester
  • 75 % meeting attendance
