How Do I Register for NSO and How Much Does it Cost?
Register online at www.csustan.edu/nso. To be eligible to attend NSO and enroll in any courses, all students must provide EPT/ELM test scores, or provide proof of exemption at the time of registering for NSO online. For more information about testing please visit the Testing Office website at: http://www.csustan.edu/testing/ You should register as soon as possible as space is very limited in each NSO by following payment instructions given on the NSO online registration final page. In the event that you need to change your orientation date, you must notify the NSO Office 30 days prior to your scheduled orientation date; change of date cannot be guaranteed.
There is a mandatory New Student Orientation fee for all new students of $75.00; payment is required prior to attending NSO. The NSO fee is a mandatory fee charged to all new undergraduate students at CSU Stanislaus. The NSO fee is separate from and in addition to other deposits, registration fees and tuition.
In order to pay the NSO fee, students must log into their myCSUSTAN portal account. Additional step by step instructions for payment are stated on the final page of the NSO online registration.
