Student Intern Agreements
Student intern agreements are entered into between the university and the agency (hospital, doctor's office, school district, city, county, etc.) for students who wish to intern as part of their education. An agreement must be in place prior to the student beginning the internship. Intern agreements must also be renewed each academic year. The agreements contain language pertaining to indemnifications, insurance, and responsibilities of the agreeing parties. Student Intern agreements are prepared by the Procurement department. When a department requests a new intern agreement, please provide the following: Agency name, address, contact person with telephone number, and email address.
