Reservations
Reservation Procedures
Please allow five weeks prior to the date(s) requested for processing. Reservations submitted less than five weeks prior to the event date cannot be guaranteed. Your request will be considered tentative until all steps are completed.
CSU Stanislaus Student Organizations & University Departments
- Check the SRC calendar to see available space(s) for date(s) and time(s) wanted.
- Call Silvia Soria at (209) 667-3705 to schedule a meeting with Dan Houlden the SRC Director to finalize your reservation.
- Submit your R25 request online. Complete the SRC Facility Reservation Agreement and return to the SRC in person or via mail before your scheduled meeting. Meeting must be held within 3 days of submittting R25 request.
- Complete any applicable required forms with the University Safety & Risk Management office (see website below for guidelines). Please note some forms must be submitted 30 days prior to the event date.
- Email Silvia Soria at srcreservations@csustan.edu when your University Safety & Risk Management forms (when applicable) are completed with Amy Thomas.
Off-Campus Groups
- Check the SRC calendar to see available space(s) for date(s) and time(s) wanted
- Call Silvia Soria at (209) 667-3705 to schedule a meeting with Dan Houlden the SRC Director to finalize your reservation.
- Complete the SRC Facility Reservation Agreement and return to the SRC in person or via mail before your scheduled meeting.
- Once your meeting with the SRC Director has been held, contact Monica Doll at (209) 667-3808 to complete any applicable required forms with the University Safety & Risk Management office.
- Send your payment to Monica Doll prior to the event date. Payment must be received prior to the event start date.
