Get your first semester off to the right start with three easy steps by joining us for one or all of the Freshman -15 FAN activities! Grab your friends or meet new ones as you experience incredible workouts and expand your knowledge in health and fitness. The program runs September 23 - November 1.
FITNESS - Exercise Weekly
A lifestyle rich in cardiovascular exercise and strength training can give you the energy you need to tackle each day. Take action now to take care of your body!
AWARENESS - Educate Yourself
Knowledge is power. The Freshman – 15 Awareness session will help you gain insight and learn the essentials that you need to live a healthy active lifestyle and hopefully avoid gaining that dreaded 15 pounds your freshman year.
NUTRITION - Eat Smart
The key to eating right is controlling your portion sizes, maintaining a well-balanced diet and avoiding the junk. The Freshman -15 Nutrition Eat Smart session will help you make healthy food choices and teach you how to avoid excessive weight gain.
FAN Activities (participation will be tracked)

HOW TO SIGN UP
Pick up an enrollment form in the SRC or download from the top of this page. Open to CSU Stanislaus freshmen (0 – 29 units completed). Deadline to sign up is Thursday, October 17.
Receive a t-shirt when you sign up and complete at least 1 offered activity!
