Track your workout at the SRC Fitness Center desk and mark your progress on the wallboard. A maximum of 120 minutes can be recorded per day. Earnable rewards based on progress. Challenge a friend!
||Distance Traveled on the Turkey Maze
|Cardio at your target heart rate or weight lifting
||1 space for every 10 minutes
|Cross training with cardio and weight lifting in the same workout for at least 20 minutes each
||2 spaces for every 10 minutes
|Basketball or Volleyball
||1 space for every 10 minutes of continuous play
