| The MPA program is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration (NASPAA) and has been placed on the National Roster of programs conforming with NASPAA standards for professional graduate degrees in public administration. The latest accreditation is valid through the 2002-2003 academic year. NASPAA is a professional education association consisting of over 200 academic institutions offering graduate and undergraduate public administration majors or degrees. It serves as a national center for information about programs and development in this field, fosters goals and standards of educational excellence, and represents the concerns of its membership in the formulation and support of governmental policies for education and research in public policy and administration. |
