To place an inside call:
- Lift the handset and listen for dial tone.
- Dial the extension number or dial 0 for the attendant and listen for ring back.
- Remain on the line until the called party answers.
To place an outside call:
- Lift the handset and listen for the dial tone.
- Dial 9+ the outside number.

To transfer a call to another extension:
- Ask the party to wait
- Press the “Flash” and listen for the recall dial tone.
- Dial the extension number where you want the call transferred or 0 for the operator.
- Announce the call when the called party answers and hang up or hang up without announcing the call.

To add an extension or outside party to your call in order to have a three-way conference call:
- Ask the party to wait.
- Press the “Flash” and listen for recall dial tone.
- Dial the extension number or Dial 9 + the outside number.
- Tell the called party that you are forming a three-way conference.
- Press the “Flash” to establish the conference.

To answer Call Waiting:
- While on a call, listen for the call waiting tone.
- Press the “Flash”. You are connected with the waiting call. Your original call is placed on hold automatically.
To alternate between the original and the waiting call:
- Ask the original party to wait.
- Press the “Flash” and then dial the call hold code *10. You are connected with the waiting call. Your original call is placed on hold.
To transfer a connected call and return to the call on hold:
- Ask the party to wait.
- Press the “Flash” and listen for the recall dial tone.
- Dial the extension number where you want the call transferred.
- Announce the call when the party answers.
- Press the “Flash”. You are automatically reconnected to the party on hold.

To camp-on to a busy extension or outside line:
- Remain on the line and listen for distinctive busy tone.
- Press the “camp-on” button and listen for service tone.
- Hang up and continue to use your extension as needed. You hear the camp-on callback ring when the extension or outside line is available.
To cancel a registered camp-on:
- Lift the handset and listen for a dial tone.
- Press the “camp-on” button and listen for service tone.
- Hang up.

To forward all incoming calls to another extension:
- Lift the handset and listen for dial tone.
- Dial the call forward-all calls registration code *30.
- Dial the extension number to where you want your calls forwarded.
- Hang up after you hear service tone.
To cancel Call Forward-All Calls:
- Lift the handset and listen for dial tone.
- Dial the call forward-all calls cancellation code #30.
- Hang up after you hear service tone.

To forward all calls to another extension if your line is busy or not answered within a certain time period:
- Lift handset and listen for dial tone.
- Dial the call forward-busy/no answer registration code *31.
- Dial the extension number where you want your calls forwarded.
- Hang up after you hear service tone.
To cancel Call Forward-Busy/No Answer:
- Lift the handset and listen for dial tone.
- Dial the call forward-busy/no answer cancellation code #31.
- Hang up after you hear service tone.

To forward all calls to another extension if you do not answer within a certain time period:
- Lift the handset and listen for dial tone.
- Dial the call forward-no answer registration code *32.
- Dial the extension number where you want your calls forwarded.
- Hang up after you hear service tone.
To cancel Call Forward-No Answer
- Lift handset and listen for dial tone.
- Dial the call forward-no answer cancellation code #32.
- Hang up after you hear service tone.
NOTE: You can override system forwarding if you manually register a Call Forward feature.

To place an existing call on hold:
- Ask the party to wait and remain on the line.
- Press the “Flash” and listen for recall dial tone.
- Dial the registration code *10.
- Hang up after you hear the service tone.
To pick up a call on hold from you extension:
- Lift handset and listen for dial tone.
- Dial the local retrieve code #10.

To automatically redial the last number called:
- Lift the handset and listen for dial tone.
- Dial the last number redial code *46. Your extension automatically redials the last number you called.
|
|
|
To answer a ringing extension in your pick-up group:
- Lift the handset and listen for dial tone.
- Dial the pick-up code *40. You are connected with the incoming call.
|
|
|
To answer a specific ringing extension number:
- Lift the handset and listen for dial tone.
- Dial the pick-up-directed code *8.
- Dial the ringing extension number. You are connected with the incoming call.
|
|
|
To place a speed call:
- Lift the handset and listen for dial tone.
- Dial the speed calling code 190 and an entry code.
And the entry code (0-9)
- Dial the number that you want to register (include the code for an outside line if applicable) and remain on the line.
- Hang up after you hear service tone.
To register group level (#A or #B) speed calling:
- Lift the handset and listen for dial tone.
- Dial the group level (#A or #B) code *0 and the entry code.
- Dial the number you want to register and remain on the line until you hear service tone.
- Hang up.
