Downtown Anchorage

My last day in town I wandered around Anchorage a bit. It was very cold, but everything was well heated. In fact, I saw a lot of teenagers driving around in their T-shirts! I thought that was kinda foolish, given that a car accident would leave you totally exposed to the elements, but whatever. 

A skyline that is amazing on a clear day is amazing. In the winter, the natives said it is dark for 18 hours a day. I think that would be depressing. But in the Spring and Summer...
