Title V Council:
The Title V Council will serve as the decision-making body for this grant and as the governing board of the three-institution partnership by:

• Approving the overall goals and objectives
• Appointing the Project Advisory Committee
• Establishing the organizational structure and reporting lines
• Reviewing annual measurable outcomes
• Approving the annual budget plans for the collaborative partnership
• Joint Responsibilities of Council & Administrative Board
