Transfer Committee
Main Priorities
- Increase interface between transfer directors/coordinators and articulation officers in the region
- Develop and maintain updates for best practices and guidelines for counselors and advisors (Include special requirements for UC Merced and CSU Stanislaus)
- Produce uniform transfer information to support students, counselors, and advisors
- Change the culture in relationship to transfer
- Improve transfer information communication and dissemination between university and community college
- Develop and host local transfer staff development activities
- Improve communication between transfer center coordinators and counseling departments

| RECIPROCITY AGREEMENT |
Reciprocal articulation agreement which certifies that any course taken at one of the four community colleges within the HECCC region, to fulfill an area of the general breadth requirements for the associate degree, will be accepted in lieu of, and satisfy, the specific requirement at the receiving institution.
