2/7 Workshop: Let’s Talk About "It" This workshop focuses on a broad range of topics across the sexual health spectrum, including sex communication (identifying your wants, and giving/receiving consent), sex and sexuality (including identity and expression), common myths/misconceptions, contraception, and how to prevent sexually transmitted infections. 4pm-5pm Student Services Building, Suite 145 HEP RSVP to twhitehead1@csustan.edu

2/14 Self-Love Workshop Self Love Workshop: This workshop will focus on learning how to stop being so hard on yourself and handle uncomfortable emotions with greater ease. 2/20 Self-exam Demonstrations Join the Peer Health Educators in learning the methods of monthly self-examinations.  Breast self-examinations (BSE) are a screening method to detect early breast cancer.  Testicular self-examinations (TSE) are a screening method to detect early testicular cancer.    11am-1pm QUAD HEP

4/3 Send Silence Packing  Send Silence Packing is an educational display of more than 1,000 backpacks representing memories of students who have died by suicide.
