California State University, Stanislaus students have overwhelmingly approved a referendum to fund construction of a student recreation complex to support unparalleled intramural, athletic, and student programs. The complex will provide state-of-the art facilities, including a fitness center (19,000 square foot) and collegiate level stadium. The development broke ground in November 2007. Construction is scheduled to be completed in June 2009.
