The Science I Building is a two-story concrete structure of approximately 25,000 square feet per floor. Built as a wet lab science building in 1972, this facility has developed many seismic deficiencies throughout the years. This project will repair existing seismic deficiencies and renovate the interior space for use as a faculty office/classroom facility. At this time the project is funded only through working drawings. Design work is estimated to be completed July 2010. Construction funds are pending a bond.
