And, concerning the exercise of authority over educational functions, the Academic Senate assert that the Faculty generate, define, and sculpt policy for the educational functions of the University while administrative authority is secondary in these areas. Further, the Academic Senate invite the Administraiton to join us in adopting the principles of the preceding resolved clauses as the campus model.
