Post Tenure Review (PTR) Calendar

February 15, 2010: Department PTR Committee has been identified and elected. Faculty subject to review have been identified and notified by the Department Chair. All parties involved (e.g., the College Dean) in the PTR process have received a copy of the department's "criteria and procedures," including the Office of Faculty Affairs.
April 2, 2010: Faculty member under review submits PTR report to departmental committee.
April 20, 2010: Submission of departmental committee's preliminary report to faculty member. (Faculty member has 10 days to submit written rebuttal, if any.)
April 30, 2010: Submission of departmental committee's final report (and faculty member's rebuttal, if any) to College Dean.
May 3 to May 14, 2010: Collaborative meetings among faculty member, departmental committee, and dean.
May 18, 2010: Submission of Dean's preliminary report to faculty member. (Faculty member has 10 days to submit rebuttal, if any.)
May 28, 2010: Dean issues final report. Departmental report, dean's report, and faculty member's rebuttals, if any, are placed in the faculty member's PAF.
