FACULTY POSITION
California State University Stanislaus

POSITION: The Department of Mathematics invites applications for two full-time lecturers for the 2012-2013 academic year. The people appointed to this position will teach 30 units in the academic year in selected basic skills and freshmen level general education mathematics courses. Courses may be scheduled in the daytime or evening. This position is contingent upon the availability of authorized funding.
MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Masters Degree in Mathematics or its applications is required.
PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS:
A potential candidate's consideration will be enhanced by providing evidence of quality teaching , such as course evaluations, a teaching statement, or student recommendations.  Materials addressing these items should not exceed 10 pages.
HOW TO APPLY & DEADLINE: A complete application must include:  an application letter, specifically addressing the position description and qualifications; unofficial photocopies of graduate transcripts; a professional résumé; and three letters of recommendation.  Official transcripts will be required at the time of hire.
