POSITION:
|
The Department of Biological Sciences invites applications for a Full-Time Lecturer appointment. We are seeking a biologist with a strong background in Invertebrate Biology. Teaching responsibilities may include Invertebrate Biology, Parasitology and may also include general education courses such as Principles of Biology, Frontiers of Biology and courses for majors such as General Biology I & II and their respective labs. This position is contingent upon the availability of authorized funding. |
MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS:

The successful candidates are expected to have completed the appropriate terminal degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) with an appropriate academic program. Prior successful teaching experience at the college level preferred. |

| ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT and THE COLLEGE: The College of Natural Sciences is one of six colleges on campus. The college has departments of Biological Sciences, Computer Science, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics, Physical Sciences and Geology. With about 1000 undergraduate majors and graduate students, the College of Natural Sciences is one of the fastest growing colleges in the University.
