Research, creative, and scholarly activities are part of academic life. While the focus of CSU Stanislaus has been and continues to be on excellence in teaching first and foremost, many of us continue to pursue the research, creative, and scholarly endeavors we began as graduate students or we are exploring new projects and ideas as faculty and staff members. In fact, these pursuits inform our teaching, keeping it relevant and fresh. Some of us also use our research, creative, and scholarly activities as tools for teaching our students about our disciplines and to promote active learning.
Research, Scholarly, and Creative Activities (RSCA) Week 2009, “Connecting across Communities,” at CSU Stanislaus encompasses a series of events, with the following goals
We invite the faculty, staff, students, and members of the community at large to join us in this annual celebration of teacher-scholars.
