General Information

No. Not all EOP students receive the EOP grant. The grant is part of the total financial aid award and is determined by the Financial Aid Office. The grant is awarded based on the availability of funds.

No. EOP determination is set at the time of admission.

An EOP student must meet with their assigned advisor once a month during the first year and at least once a semester thereafter. Students must complete 24 units per academic year and maintain a 2.25 GPA.

To clear your hold, you must meet with your EOP advisor prior to your registration date and select your courses for the next semester. Please call the EOP office as soon as you receive the advising email to schedule your advising appointment. It is recommended you do not wait until the last minute to make your appointment as the advisors appointment calendar fills up quickly.
