Resources
CSU Stanislaus Evaluators review and analyze student academic records and transcripts to determine acceptance of academic credit and how it applies to CSU Stanislaus requirements. Evaluators also determine eligibility for admissions, degrees, and specialized program designation.
Evaluators are available to help students understand:
- Transfer credit evaluation
- Interpretation of University academic policies
- Graduation evaluation and process
When will I receive an evaluation?
You will receive an evaluation when you attend New Student Orientation (if a transfer student) and when you apply for graduation.
How can I meet with an Evaluator?
If you want to meet with an Evaluator* during a designated Walk-in time, go to the Enrollment Services office in the Mary Stuart Rogers building, Suite # 120.
*Students do not have to meet with their assigned evaluator.

Monday: 2-3pm with Rosa
Tuesday: 10:30-11:30am with Maggie
Wednesday: 10:30-11:30am with Heather
Thursday: 2-3pm with Joan
Friday: No walk-in’s
