Description: The City of Turlock's Municipal Volunteer Partnership program (MVP) is designed to give students/adults and seniors insight to the City of Turlock's employment opportunities and even enhance educational/ career goals. Hours will vary based upon the needs of the department and the availability of the volunteer/intern.
Volunteers/Interns Needed in the Following Areas:
Administrative Services - City Manager's Office, City Attorney's Office, Human Resources Divison, Finance Accounts Payable, Finance Accounts Receivable
Development Services - Building and Safety, Planning
Fire & Emergency Services - Fire Administration
Police Department - Police Administration
Parks & Recreation - Public Facilities Division & Recreation
Municipal Services - Water Conservation, Go Green
Duration: 3 - 6 months (depending on department)
Approximate Hours per week: 8 - 20 hours (flexible hours) a week.
Salary Level: Non Paid Intern Position.
