Meet the Firms Night
Thursday, March 6, 2014 in the CSU Stanislaus, Event Center
We are pleased to invite you to attend the College of Business Administration’s Meet the Firms Night Event. Without generous support and sponsorship from our local businesses and companies, like you, our Meet the Firms Night Event would not be possible.
We encourage business attendees to bring company literature or pamphlets that you would like to share with our anticipated 200+ business administration students attending the event. Feel free to bring other items such as tablecloths, giveaways and decorations for tabletops.
Free parking is provided with a shuttle to escort you and your belongings to the event center. We will also be providing complimentary beverages and appetizers.
We would like to inform our students about job and/ or internship opportunities within your businesses. If you have positions available, please email Cari Calad, Student Success Center Coordinator, firstname.lastname@example.org, with the following information:
- a job description
- contact person
- instructions on how to apply
- application deadline and any other important information you would like to include.
We will be advertising the positions on our Student Success Center Facebook Page and Website for our students and alumni.

One of the sponsorship benefits is marketing for your business with your company logo displayed on/or in our promotional materials, as well as on the Student Success Center webpage and Facebook. Please submit your company logo to Cari Calad, Student Success Center Coordinator at email@example.com, no later than Friday, February, 14th 2014 to ensure they are placed in the promotional items and advertising in the weeks leading up to the event.
Logo requirements requested for best quality advertising:
Preferred file type: EPS file (or AI)—Adobe Illustrator, version CS5 or lower
• You can provide a file with the “.ai” extension or the “.eps” extension
• The file should contain artwork that was drawn in Illustrator & not imported to it
• All fonts should be converted to outlines
Other acceptable file types: TIF, JPG, PDF or PSD
• The logo artwork should be at least 2 inches long along the smallest side
• The file should be high resolution—at least 300 pixels per inch
• The file should look clean (not pixilated or bit-mapped) when viewed on screen at 100%
File types we cannot use:
• Publisher files.(pub)
