How to Request an On-campus Recruiting Event
Employers may request to participate in on-campus recruiting including on-campus interviews, informational sessions/presentation, or informational tables. Employers must completing and submitting an On-campus Recruiting Request Form.pdf to conduct on-campus recruiting events.
Once your request is received and evaluated, a confirmation notice will be email to the contact person listed on the request form indicating whether your request has been granted. All requests will be considered and granted on a space available basis.

On-campus Recruiting Opportunities
On-campus Interviews
Allow organizations hiring for internships or full-time professional level positions to request a room on campus to conduct interviews.The hiring organization will need to submit a job announcement that will be posted for students once their reservation for campus recruiting is confirmed. All candidate applications materials must be submitted directly to the hiring organization and your organization will be responsible for contacting candidates to schedule their interview times once candidate screening is complete.
Informational Sessions/Presentations
Allow company recruiters/representatives to conduct presentations for students regarding their organization and career opportunities available through the organization. Career Services can create flyers to promote your event, however; organizations wishing to create their own advertisement are welcome to do so. If your organization plans to create its own flyer, then they will need to provide a copy once their reservation for campus recruiting is confirmed.
Table in the Quad
Allow company recruiters/representatives to reserve a table in the CSU Stanislaus Quad and provides an opportunity to meet informally with students and handout company literature. If your organization plans to distribute advertising beforehand, then they will need to provide a copy once their reservation for campus recruiting is confirmed.
