Are you interested in obtaining a part-time job on-campus? Jobs available for students who are not participating in the work-study program are posted online at CareerTRAK. These positions are open to current California State University, Stanislaus students who are enrolled on a part-time (at least 6 units) or full-time basis.

Instructions:

Click on the CareerTRAK link below.
The following page will take you to the main log in site.
If you are a new user, click on “Click here to register!” at the bottom of the page. You do not need a campus password to register, but will need your student ID number.
Required (*) fields are marked with an asterisk.
Once you’ve completed your profile, click on “Submit Profile.”
After you submit your profile, it will be approved by an administrator in the Career Services Center.

Please note that if you previously had a MonsterTRAK account, you will use the same username and password.

Once your profile is completed, follow these steps:

Click on the CareerTRAK link below.
On the main log in page, enter your user name and password and click on “Login.”
Once you are logged in, click on “Job Search” at the top.
Under “Job Advanced Search,” go to “Position Type” and select “On-Campus Non-workstudy” only.
Click on the search button at the top.
All active positions are listed here.

To apply, contact each department directly. Students are required to complete an application when applying for an on-campus job. The department you are applying for may have their own application. If not, please download the Employment Application Packet.

If you are offered a position, the department will provide you with the employing paperwork required by the Payroll office.
