Weddings

The University Student Union at California State University, Stanislaus provides the perfect backdrop for any wedding. Our gorgeous grounds along with our exception service and staff make this the perfect choice for your special day.

Our Facilities:

Indoor:

Event Center
This large facility can fit up to 350 people in theater style seating, and 200 dining. It is perfect for large group activities, assemblies, lectures and conferences. It features adjustable stage arrangements, sound system, and other amenities.

Carol Burke Student Lounge
The Student Lounge is perfect for informal gatherings, receptions, small banquets, lectures, and other occasions that require an elegant yet flexible setting. The lounge is available in the evening and on weekends.

Bridal Suite and Groom’s Rooms:
A bridal Suite and Groom’s Room provides a private hideaway and dressing room for the bride and groom and their respective wedding parties before the ceremony and reception. It is in close proximity to restrooms and our venues.

Outdoor:

Courtyard
This small yet beautiful outdoor area is surrounded by trees and flowers creating a breathtaking background for any event. This area can accommodate a small reception or dining experience for 56 guests or be the location of a small wedding ceremony for 65.

 

Union Meadow
This open grass area is the perfect location for an outdoor reception, dinner or ceremony of up to 200. Located in the heart of our beautiful campus a backdrop of lakes, trees and fountains, this location creates the perfect setting.

In order to best fit the needs of the Bride and Groom and to take the stress out of the planning of this joyous event we have created the following packages:

Platinum Package:

  • Use of the Event Center for up to 6 hours
  • Use of the Courtyard during the reception
  • Bridal suite & Groom’s room
  • Chairs
  • Guest tables (round or rectangular)
  • Skirted or draped head, cake, gift and guest book tables
  • An Event Coordinator to assist you in the planning stages
  • An Event Manager on staff throughout the duration of your event
  • Security for 4 hours
  • Guest Parking
  • All setup & break down
  • Special Events Insurance

    Package Price: $1,700.00

    Gold Package:

  • Use of the Event Center for up to 6 hours
  • Bridal suite & Groom’s room
  • Chairs
  • Guest tables (round or rectangular)
  • Skirted or draped, head, cake, gift and guest book table
  • An Event Coordinator to advise you throughout the planning stages
  • An Event Manager on staff throughout the duration of your event
  • Security for 4 hours
  • Guest Parking
  • All setup & break down
  • Special Events Insurance

    Package Price: $1,450.00

    Silver Package:

  • Use of the Event Center for up to 6 hours
  • Bridal suite & Groom’s room
  • Chairs
  • Guest tables (round or rectangular)
  • Skirted or draped, head, cake, gift and guest book table
  • An Event Manager on staff throughout the duration of your event
  • Security for 4 hours (as required)
  • All setup & break down
  • Special Events Insurance
