Course Description
This course consists of professional standards and procedures broadly applied to examination of financial statements and to other assurance services, including a consideration of the field of public accounting, professional ethics, internal controls, preparation of work papers, and audit reports. Four units credit. Accounting 3120, Intermediate Accounting II must be completed prior to Accounting 4120.
Why Take This Course
Students who desire to enter the professional fields of auditing or accounting should take this course after completing Intermediate Accounting II. Those who will take professional examinations need to take this course prior to sitting for or taking review courses for the CPA, CIA or CMA examinations.
