- The College of the Arts forges strategic partnerships in conjunction with its long-term goals. Among those partners: The Gallo Center for the Arts and Townsend Opera in Modesto, the Turlock Arts Commission, Carnegie Arts Center Foundation, Stanislaus Arts Council, as well as galleries and museums in San Francisco.
