Communications & Public Affairs
The Office of Communications and Public Affairs promotes CSU Stanislaus to a variety of constituencies and provides marketing and creative services to the campus.
The communications staff provides leadership for branding and marketing CSU Stanislaus through publications, Web and graphic design, photography and writing. The department strives to ensure that a consistent message and image are sent from all colleges and departments across the campus.
Public affairs is the source for media relations as well as government and community relations. The staff reports news, maintains contact with the media and develops messaging and strategic communication plans for the university. Government and community relations personnel advocate for CSU legislative objectives and promote public higher education to local, state and federal officials and agencies, the university's alumni, and key community and business leaders.
