Biography
My name is Tara Garrison and I come from the small town of Ripon, CA. I graduated from Ripon High School in 2005 and began attending CSU Stanislaus in the fall of that year. My goal is to graduate with a degree in Biology and hopefully make an impact on people's lives.
Why did you choose CSU Stanislaus?
I chose CSU Stanislaus cause I fell in love with the campus on my visit. I loved the looks and how I felt welcomed when I came.
What advice would you give a prospective student?
Make sure that you choose a school that fits you, not your parents or friends.
What has been your favorite academic or student life experience so far?
My favorite experience so far would have to be meeting so many new people each and every semester.
What is your career objective?
Go on to medical school and become a doctor.
What clubs, sports, and activities have you participated in?
My freshman year I participated in playing basketball for the women's team here.
Who is your most influential personal and/or University mentor?
My most influential mentor would have to be my mother because she is always there to give me advice and support during hard times.
